5 Step Process
We provide written estimates specifying our work scope, so you know what you are paying for. We will often quote rough budget totals during our consultation to help establish feasibility. We strive for accurate estimates that are based on facts and knowledge.
Contract / Schedule –
Once the estimate has been agreed to, we draft written contracts with payment requirements and begin creating our “in house” schedule that will establish a start date, estimated working days and initial completion date. Our written documentation is just one indicator of our level of professionalism.
Project Management –
Your project is managed by a specific project manager. He will work with you on selections, schedule the tradesmen, ensure materials availability, and most of all oversee quality control. The art of construction is efficiently and effectively resolving problems. Your project manager will be your main contact throughout the project.
Prioritizing prompt conclusion is essential to a project. It is our belief that 90% of all customers that had a bad experience with their contractor felt it was as a result of dragging on and not completing the project within the initial completion date. We review every project as a company daily to ensure those final details are accomplished and totally completed!
Final Bill Review –
Your final bill will never have a surprise on it. We add our change orders as they are signed for, all project managers are equipped with field forms to ensure that if you wish to add additional work, you are given a price in writing, and your final bill reflects the same. We are always available should you have any question about an item on you detailed bill.
